On 28 th and 29 th June SOUVENIR MAGAZINE will be presenting a video installation by filmmakers Samuel Carney and James Newton in the LEAS WATER LIFT.

Souvenir Magazine is a completely independent art 'zine showcasing underground and independent artists based in Kent. This will be the first of many future art events presented by Souvenir Magazine.

The Leas Water Lift installation will take the form of eight silent films shown on a loop. Four will be by Samuel Carney and four by James Newton. A Souvenir Magazine (Triennial Edition) programme will be available in the lift containing more info about each artist and the 40 second videos. The videos will be screened on a 3.5" screen encased in a portable 'showbox' made from a salvaged piece of furniture
